CVQ Engineer

About the Role:
In this role, you will be tasked with performing pre-commissioning checks and detailed testing, troubleshooting process/equipment issues, preparing comprehensive reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring strict adherence to pharmaceutical GMP and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
> Execution: Plan and execute CQV activities for bio-manufacturing facilities, utilities (like WFI or HVAC), and bio-process equipment.
> Compliance: Ensure all activities and documentation meet GMP, regulatory requirements and company procedures.
> Coordination: Work with engineering, project, quality, and vendor teams to coordinate and execute CQV activities.
> Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues encountered during the commissioning and qualification process.
> Documentation: Develop and review Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) life-cycle documentation, including User Requirement Specifications (URS), Design Qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Engineering related field, such as Biotechnology, Bio-process Engineering, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering.
– Minimum 5 years experience in supporting bio-processing operations such as fermentation, cell culture, or downstream processing.
– Knowledge of process automation and basic instrumentation.
– Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
– Willing to accept a 1 year contract position

Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within the region. This role is key to ensuring seamless project execution, on-time delivery, and effective coordination across stakeholders while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
> Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
> Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and keep stakeholders updated.
> Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule.
> Implement process improvements and best practices to drive efficiency.
> Lead, guide, and motivate project teams to foster collaboration and high performance.

Requirements:
– Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
– Proven experience as a Project Manager in building construction or pharmaceutical/industrial projects.
– Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to coordinate across diverse teams.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and adaptable approaches.
– Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
– Willingness to work overtime or weekends when required by project progress.

Sales Manager

About the Role:
The candidate for this position should excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
> Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
> Maximize sales growth in specified geographical territories, consistent with the company strategy and objectives.
> Identify leads and market potential to expand customer base, through exploration of the market.
> Drive and realization of new business plan implementation and potential key accounts.
> Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve annual sales target, market share and marketing goals in assigned territories.
> Conduct regular sales and marketing activities.
> Be the key contact point of customer for sales, services, technical support request.
> Provide end-user-oriented introduction, organize application and training activities.
> Follow-up to customers.
> Gather market information and generate sales reports.
> Prepare monthly/quarterly sales performance report.
> Monitor monthly performance against set targets, and ensure timely/accurate reporting for immediate actions in case of deviations.
> Travel required in the region for the purpose of client visit, meetings and exhibitions in the territory.

Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree & above.
– Minimum 3-5 years working experience in related sales environment in products and services such as Bio-process, System technology, Life Sciences or lab Consumables, Instrumentation is preferred.
– Good understanding of Pharma/Bioprocessing Market.
– Self-motivated and independent with ability to work in a diverse working environment.
– A team player with good interpersonal skills.
– Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

Laboratory Assistant / Office Support

Job Purpose:
To perform routine sampling and report the results according to the SOP’s.
Ad-hoc duties for office administration.

Responsibilities
      1. Laboratory Assistant
            • Perform routine/non routine Environmental monitoring for all required facilities, clean rooms and labs, inclusive of Particle monitoring (by Particle counter).
           • Perform water sampling as stipulated in the SOP’s
           • Documentation of test results in accordance with current Good Manufacturing
Practices(cGMP)
      2. For Office support
           • Liaise with the clients by providing support, information, recommending products
           • Marketing products, manage events & reports, plan meeting with clients
           • Act as point of contact for customer as well as vendors
           • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
           • Be responsible for end to end order fulfilment process:
           • Create / Amend order / fulfilment / delivery until the completion of every order.

Requirements:
           ➢ Bachelor in Science or Advanced Diploma/Diploma in Microbiology/Pharmaceutical Science/ Life science with 1year relevant laboratory experience
           ➢ Able to work independently

Lead Automation Engineer

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Automation Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading and executing automation projects within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, project teams, and cross-functional departments to design, develop, test, and implement advanced automation solutions. The role also involves identifying system improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing overall system performance and efficiency.

As a Lead Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, coordinating project activities, and ensuring successful project delivery within timeline and budget requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute automation and control system projects
  • Design, develop, test, and implement automation solutions
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related field)
  • Strong knowledge of Automation Systems, Instrumentation, and Control Systems
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry
  • Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS programming
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams is an added advantage
